  • Since we work with global suppliers, shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
